i was wondering if anyone could tell me if it clipped with male elite kurzick armor?

Might clip with the very back of the neck. Does with most armors.

which profession armor are you using? if your char has a beard it will clip with that too btw... at least it does on my ranger

wiki does state that it has clipping issues with most armors that cover the back of the neck or if your char has a beard...not sure what prof you have or if it would fall into either of the above.
